this is the storyline frm the manga.
Makino Tsukushi(koo hye sun) is the only poor student at Eitoku Gakuen, the school of the ridiculously rich and privileged that is ruled by Flower 4 or F4, a group of four boys who come from extremely powerful families: Domyoji Tsukasa, (lee min ho) the leader and heir of the Domyoji World Finance Group; Hanazawa Rui, (SS501, KIM HYUN JOONG) the introverted son of a large company; Nishikado Sojiro(KIM BUM), a player who is the heir of a tea ceremony school; and Mimasaka Akira(KIM JOON), a madam killer with ties to the underground. If a student gets on the F4’s bad side, he/she gets a red notice and is bullied and driven out of school.
KIM BUM AND KIM JOON plays as PLAY BOYS
Makino hopes to pass her days quietly-- without drawing any attention to herself-- but one day, she stands up to Domyoji in defense of her friend. The next day, Makino gets the dreaded red notice. Even though she is harassed, Makino decides to keep going to school because she is a “tough weed”. She declares war right back on the F4. Her resolve gets the attention of her crush Hanazawa Rui and oddly enough, rouses romantic feelings in her worst enemy, Domyoji Tsukasa....

having romantic and touching scenes.

taiwan is a lil bit different. but the concept of HYD frm the comic is stil the same. (:

then followed by ... JAPAN..called HANA YORI DANGO ... and the season 2... HANA YORI DANGO 2 . and the final . H.Y.D FINAL.
this followed manga concept. and much more nicer than taiwan. idont know wad u think. bt that is my opinion.

if u guys also watched WITCH YOO HEE, the director of that mvie , continued directing and directed this DRAMA. nice.
it really is interesting and captures a lot of hearts frm the asian fans. and maybe the eastern too.

the actors and actresses all are beautiful, cute and gorgeous so u wont be bored.

i have to admit it's quite boring . the japanese version coz . the lighting too dark .. and.. it's not as lively as the korean version
plus i dont quite like matsumoto.

he's freaky . haha.
but he really reflected out DOMYOUJI TSUKASA'S character. who plays a hot tempered and sort of a "bastard" or "jerk" role.

LEE MIN HO played as DOMYOUJI in the korean version. he won the best newcomer award in KBS. he actually had straight hair. but because originally, this DOMYOUJI in the manga has CURLY HAIR. so ... every mvie... the DOMYOUJI(s) have curly hair

YUKO KAMIO actually came to the set to cheer for the actors and drew a sketch of them 5.
